    What are the hiring manager responsibilities

    Any hiring manager should recognize the importance of interview in today world. If the role includes picking the best candidate for the position, there are some criteria as the candidate should be competent in the position they have applied.  They should be able to give examples of how they have used skills in a prior job or internship to gain experience. 

    They should comfortably describe various aspects of each jobs they worked in the past and explain how they would use their skills to help in the growth of companies.


    If they lack a presence, personally or professionally, then they might not be a good fit for you. 


    Here are some nice interview questions to ask candidates by the hiring manager

    • Can you give an example of an employee who helped you become a better person?

    • How would you describe your approach to working with a company's day-to-day tasks?

    • In the past, how have you successfully used your expertise to assist a coworker?

    • Can you tell me about a previous job experience that you are most proud of as an employee? 

    • Can you describe your decision-making process for multitasking?

    • What do most businesses get wrong about their employees?

    • What do you believe are the most essential job success metrics?
