    Some circumstances will require us to leave jobs before we are ready so provide reason for employment gap. Some people quit their jobs and have periods of unemployment in their work history.

    In conclusion, while you may not want to highlight gaps in your career on your resume, you should not avoid them. It is vital to respond to them and provide a true description of your activities within that time period.
