    A company brand requires vision for long term goal

    Hiring manager and candidate go hand in hand. Even if a candidate responsibility does not include specific duty, they will almost certainly work closely with managers to plan, create, and execute campaigns which requires vision for long term goal. A strong candidate must have a basic understanding of principles, a good grasp of different ideas, and the ability to communicate well with others in the company. 


    Assess candidate knowledge by asking the following questions


    • What role does manager play in a company success?

    • Which company brands do you admire the most?

    • How do you think a company vision help with long- term goal?

    • How would you handle the situation when a manager ask for your feedback?

    • What would you do as CEO if a person who just did not seem to be executing on the company vision?

    • How can a company ensure their brand execution is consistent with their goals?
