Role Overview:
The Recruiter is responsible for developing and executing the company’s overall recruitment strategy, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
Experienced with recruiting software, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
